She is a certified Level 3 Australia Athletics Coach for 15 years. She is a squad coach for major Sydney Running clubs - Woodstock Runners and Sydney Striders.
She is an expert in coaching recreational runners, individuals who want to incorporate running into their fitness journey, training youths

She is an expert in coaching recreational runners, individuals who want to incorporate running into their fitness journey, training youths in preparation for athletic school meets, and seasoned athletes. She coaches running in person and is a running online coach
She started running in 2007 when she was classified as class 1 obese. From there on, she found that running benefits the body physically and mentally. She is very much a running enthusiast. She loves running the trails, and road. Chaia is very knowledgeable and practices strengthening and fitness cross-training programs. Which is incorporated into your program.
She's experienced in performance and injury management, which makes her not just a coach, but a mentor in running.
Coach Chaia is also one of the current Run Directors of Whalan Reserve parkrun.
